Graham's personal philosophy is to help others thrive and find their best more often.
He's had a successful career in leadership and project management roles for telecoms businesses, both in the UK and internationally, and also currently runs a customer experience business.
Outside of work, he enjoys taking on difficult challenges, which has included an Ironman triathlon, and several ultramarathons (including a few 100 milers) and is currently competing in Brazilian jiu-jitsu.
He has recently been diagnosed as autistic, and this combined with having a neurodivergent family has ignited a passion for supporting neurodivergent people with the mental skills to help them achieve their potential. He is also the Head of Disability/Inclusive football at his local football club.
Performance Psychology MSc - Distinction
ILM Level 7 - Postgraduate Certificate in Executive & Senior Level Coaching
ICC Certificate in Neuroscience Coaching
MBTI (Myers Briggs) Practitioner
Ellie, our Mental Performance Pup, is no ordinary team member. With a blend of boundless energy, an uncanny ability to sniff out success, and a natural talent for making everyone smile, Ellie’s mission is clear: to bring high-performance energy and positivity to the Insio team.
She is a cross between a Working Cocker Spaniel and Hungarian Viszla, and even as she becomes a bit older she is still a bundle of energy. Having competed in canicross and even completed marathons (yes, really—she’s faster than most humans), Ellie knows what it takes to push through boundaries and keep going, no matter the challenge.
Her experience in long-distance running gives her a unique perspective on mental resilience, and her positive outlook is truly contagious
Katy keeps Insio running as efficiently and effectively as possible and is an expert in all things operations.
Her career has had 2 stages. Firstly she had success in retail leadership, project management and supply chain management, before finding her passion for supporting neurodivergent job seekers and entrepreneurs in her most recent roles.
She is also very active in the local neurodivergent community, through her role as Vice-Chair for a local autism charity.
